We assess motor assessments, non-motor loss adjusting claims in the Free State, parts of the Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and North-West. Any CAT area as required
We are professionals that are appointed by various insurance companies to assesses and report on the facts of an incident being claimed for by a client. We determine if the event or incident was due to an insured peril and what the proximate cause of said even is. If the incident being claimed for meets the policy criteria, endorsements, and extensions, we assess the quantum of the claim and present a report on how the insurer can indemnify the client after the loss in a fair manner.
“We are there to make sure an insurance claim is paid in the correct and most fair way. If an insurance claim is refused or adjusted we ensure that this is done in accordance to the policy”
Based in Bloemfontein, we provide assessments and loss adjusting in the Free State, parts of the Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, and Northwest. CAT claims can be done at any location in South Africa and neighbouring countries on an ad hoc basis.

As we are an independent company, we can assess each claim with integrity, be non-bias and with a natural frame of mind.
We strongly encourage the principal of “TCF” – treat the client fairly. Simply put, if a client has a valid claim, he must receive what is fair, we advise the insurer must pay out what is covered in accordance to the policy.
If a claim or claimed damage is not valid, our report and recommendations will always be routed and based on the cover given or excluded within the specific policy wording, contract, and schedule.
We assess the damage then we assess if the damage quote falls within the parameters and terms and conditions of the clients insurance policy.
